Slice the Chorizo Sausage on the diagonal, discarding the end pieces (use in something else)
Slice the Haloumi into slices to fit on the Chorizo
Slice the Dates into quarters lengthwise
stack Chorizo, Haloumi then Date pieces, secure with a toothpick
place a small amount of Chili Jam on top of each just before cooking
Place in moderately hot oven for 15mins or until golden (and delicious)
