Suggest a better description1. In a large bowl beat 5 eggs. Then add 1 1/3 cup oil, 16 oz can pumpkin, 2 1/2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 2 packages of the vanilla pudding. You can add nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, or cranberries. Mix until creamy.
2. Pour into muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 17-20 minutes.
