My version of Churro Cheesecake Bars
Graham Cracker Crust
1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2) Line a 9x13 with foil overhanging the sides so you can easily remove it later. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
3) Mix the Crust ingredients together until moistened then firmly press into the bottom of your 9x13 pan in an even layer (I use the back of a measuring cup). Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly golden.
Cheesecake Layer
1) In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup of the sugar with a mixer until smooth.
2) Once well combined, add in vanilla and mix until also combined.
3) Spread cream cheese mixture over dough in baking dish.
Churro Layer
1) Unroll can of dough on a flat surface. Firmly press together perforations to seal the dough.
2) Carefully place on top of cream cheese layer. Pinch the dough seams together.
3) In a small bowl, mix together the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, melted butter and cinnamon. Pour mixture evenly over top of dough.
Baking
1) Increase oven temp to 350F.
2) Bake for 35 minutes.
