Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
2. Wash kale, tear or cut away the thick center stalk of each leaf, and tear leafs into bite sized pieces.
3. Put kale pieces in large bowl and add enough olive oil to coat kale and salt to taste.
4. Toss kale until thoroughly coated with olive oil and salt. Spread kale pieces out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Do not overcrowd or layer kale, otherwise it will not crisp up!
5. Bake kale until crispy, around 20 minutes or a little longer. Kale should be crispy but not browning or burned.
6. Remove from oven and serve immediately. Kale chips lose their crispyness quickly.
