At the bottom of an 8” microwaves mold spread cream cheese, refried beans, taco sauce, fresh tomatos, lettuce, onions, avocado, shred cheese and cilantro.
Serve cold or heat in microwave for 3 minutes.
Can add a stew ground meat/chicken layer.
Serve with nachos/pita.
