Shauna loves this
sm bowl- 1/4 cup lime, oil, 1/4 cup cilantro, cumin, 1/4 tsp salt. whisk till mixed
add chicken and marinade to lg ziplock bag. let chicken marinade for 15 min.
preheat grill - med hi, grill chicken 6 min ea side- no longer pink. (Or bake 20 min on 400- if bake make sure- thin) remove let sit.
Salsa: add avocado, 1/2 cup cilantro, 3 Tbls lime, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt in sm bowl- toss to mix.
