Great Cincinnati chili recipe
1. Saute onion, ground turkey, garlic and chili powder until ground turkey is slightly cooked.
2. Add allspice, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, unsweetened cocoa, tomato sauce, Worchestershire sauce, cider vinegar, and water.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 1 1/2 hours
