Heat oven to 400 degrees,
In small bowl, mix butter, flour, brown sugar and nuts with a fork until crumbly. Set aside.
Separate cinnamon rolls into 16 rolls. Flatten each into muffin cups, making sure the sides reach up onto the cup. Divide apple pie filling evenly onto rolls in cups. Evenly spread crumble on top of each cup.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until the top is slightly browned. Allow to cool a bit, and then spread a ribbon of the white icing from the cinnamon rolls on top.
