Suggest a better descriptionCombine flour, corn starch, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda. Mix in buttermilk, milk and vegetable oil.
Separate egg and add egg white into a separate bowl. Add the yolk in with the other ingredients. Beat egg white until almost soft peaks. Add in sugar and beat until firm. Add in vanilla.
Fold egg white mixture into other ingredients.
Bake on waffle iron.
