Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
When browned and edges are pulling away from the sides of the pan, remove from oven and cool.
Once cake is room temperature mix powdered sugar and milk. (This can be fickle according to the brand of sugar, add as much as you gotta for a thick glaze)
Pour icing over the top.
