Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Wash, peel and dish apple in a bowl
Add syrup, light brown sugar, vegetable oil, egg and vanilla extra and mix well together.
In a different bowl combine flour, baking powder and soda, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon and mix together.
Now combine both wet and dry mixture, add walnut, and mix well
Pour into baking pan and bake at 350 degree F for an hour or until cake is cook through.
remove and set aside
For Icing:
Combine powder sugar, heavy cream, cream cheese, water and vanilla extract in blender and blend until smooth.
Drizzle over cake as desired.
