Small individual meatloaves made to help manage portion sizes. Each loaf is a serving.
Mix all ingredents. If using mixer, use flat beater.
Using scoop, measure out meat in balls. They should weight between 3 5/8-4 ounces each. Shape each ball into little individual loaves and place side by side in baking pan (cookie sheet with edge). This will make approximately 23 little individual loaves.
Bake in 350? oven for 1.5-2 hours. If preparing for large crowd, these can be prepared and partially baked (30 minutes) and placed in freezer. When ready to bake, cook for approximately 1.5-2 hours.
Cook sauce and have available for people to spread over their loave just before eating or they can us plain catsup.
This recipe was orginally baked in large pan, but to make it easier to create equal serving sizes a large scoop was used to dip out equal portions before baking.
