Easy every day pancakes made with 1/2 whole wheat. Kids love them!
Set griddle temp at 375?. Spray the griddle with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup at a time on to the hot griddle. When bubbles pop it?s time to turn them over. If they are not golden brown, adjust the temperature.
*For special occasions make happy face pancakes. Start with a very large pancake and use apple slices, blueberries, raisins, chocolate chips, strawberries, etc to make a happy face. I did this often on birthdays.
Makes about 18 pancakes (6 pancakes at a time, 3 batchs).
