Suggest a better descriptionSprinkle meat tenderizer on both sides of meat. (If needed, the original recipe called for round steak.) Poke with fork, let set 1 hour. Cut into bite size pieces, larger pieces work better than too small. Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt. Let set 3-4 hours, stirring and poking the meat with a fork every hour. Note: the Nezperce Store all-purpose seasoned is good and is very much like Lawry's.
Mix breading ingredients together.
1 cup bread crumbs: either dry out bread in oven, 2-3 slices, put in blender or mash real fine. Or use pre-made bread crumbs.
1 tsp onion powder or onion salt
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 TB parsley flakes
1 TB Parmesan cheese
Coat meat with crumb mixture, deep fry 1-2 minutes.
Serve with hot mustard and sesame seeds.
