Cream margarine, add half of cake mix, water & eggs. Blend well. Add remaining cake mix and beat until smooth. Stir in coconut and chips. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake 375 for 10-12 minutes.
Remove and Cool.
