Put everything EXCEPT coconut into blender. Cover and blend on low for 3 minutes.
Pour into greased 9" pie plat-let stand in plate for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes-Cool and then refrigerate.
