Sally Fallon's Granola
Mix first day ingredients in a large bowl. Pat down, cover with a plate and leave for 24 hours on kitchen counter.
Place honey, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and set in simmering water until honey warms and becomes thin. Mix honey with with the oat mixture and coconut. Place on 2 parchment-lined cookie sheets and bake at 200? for several hours until crisp.
Mix with chopped walnuts and raisins. Store in air tight container.
