Coffee and steak might sound a little strange together, but they pair very well together in this recipe. This dish can be served with grilled vegetables, rice, potatoes or salad.
Preheat a grill, grill pan or skillet. Combine coffee, paprika and crushed red pepper (you can add oregano and cumin if you'd like). Add salt and pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over steak. Cook 5-7 minutes per side on medium heat for medium-medium rare (depending on thickness). Let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes. Thinly slice against the grain of the meat.
