Comfort food.
While cooking the macaroni, melt 4 T butter in large saucepan. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook & stir 2 min. Reduce heat; add cheeses, mustard, salt & pepper.. Stir until melted & sauce is smooth. Add drained macaroni to the cheese sauce & stir to coat. Transfer to greased shallow 3 qt. baking dish.
Melt the remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs and parsley. Sprinkle over macaroni.
Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 15-20 min or until golden brown.
