Suggest a better descriptionCombine flour, salt, and baking powder. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender. Pour in milk and stir with a fork. Do not over mix. Dump out onto well-floured counter and knead a few times. Pat down to about 1-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits and place on ungreased pans or cookie sheets with sides touching. Bake at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes.
