Pre-heat oven to 325. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Dough will form a soft ball. Use coconut flour to keep dough from sticking to mat and rolling pin. On a rolling mat or parchment paper, roll dough to no more than 1/8 inch thick. Cut in desired shapes. Pick up raw dough shapes with a very thin spatula and transfer to cookie sheet, using coconut flour to keep dough from sticking to spatula. Cookies will not spread.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and slightly puffed. Cool on rack. Mine made 8 three-inch hearts.
