Mix together and chill for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Roll into balls a little smaller than walnuts. Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week (if you have any left!)
Wheat germ may be substituted for the ground flaxseed (flaxseed meal).

Don't worry if the mixture seems crumbly after chilling. As it warms in your hands, it will stick together nicely.
