Put chicken in plastic bag and flatten to 1/2 inch think. Cut each piece in 2
Marinate chicken in pickle juice for about an hour
Beat together egg and milk
Mix flour, sugar and other spices
Heat oil in skillet to 350
Dip each piece of chicken in egg, then flour both sides
Fry 2 minutes on each side
Place on paper towel to absorb excess oil
Serve on bun with pickle slices
