Whisk together mayo,honey,mustard,dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
Nuggets:
1. In a bowl combine chicken chunks,pickle juice, and 1/2 cup milk.
2. Marinate 30 min. Drain.
3. Heat peanut oil in a skillet over med/high.
4. In a bowl whisk remaining milk and the egg.
5. Stir in the chicken and toss it around.
6. Drain the excess milk/egg mixture.
7. In a ziplock, mix chicken, flour and sugar.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. In batches add to skillet and cook 2-3 min.
