Suggest a better descriptionMMMMM------------------------FOR THE DIP----------------------------- 1 Clove garlic 1/2 Lemon; juice of 6 tb JS low calorie mayonnaise For the goujons, mix together the breadcrumbs, lemon zest, coriander, and seasoning. Pour the beaten eggs on to a plate and dip the turkey strips into it. Firmly press the turkey strips into the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the goujons for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. For the dip, add the garlic and lemon juice to the mayonniase and stir well to combine. NOTES : These goujons make an ideal snack, or as part of a buffet or starter and are easy to make.
