Suggest a better descriptionChop the peppers and onions and fry in the olive oil for 5 mins or so.
Add the tomatoes, beans, sweetcorn and chilli powder.
Bring to the boil then turn down and simmer for 8-10 mins til thickened.
Place 1 tortilla with the on a lightly greased baking tray and top with a third of sauce and 1/4 of cheese.
Repeat this multiple times depending on number of tortillas being used in stack.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cook for 15 mins at 180 degrees C.
