Cook bacon in a heavy skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon and set aside. Add onion to reserved drippings in skillet; cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, 15 minutes or until onion is caramel colored. Add corn and cook, stirring often, 8 minutes. Stir in molasses, salt, and pepper; place in a serving dish and sprinkle with bacon
