Yummy cornbread..sweet. Make it a dessert bread with adding blueberries.
Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside. You can use white or yellow cornmeal.
Mix all wet ingredients and fold into dry ingredients. Do not overmix or it will not be tough.
Bake at 375? for 25 to 30 minutes until browned.
For a sweeter cake-like bread, add blueberries to taste. Makes a great breakfast or coffee cake.
