1. Brown ribs in frying pan on both sides.
2. Put in Crockpot.
3. Mix rest of ingredients in medium bowl with a whisk. Pour over ribs in Crockpot.
4. Cook 8-10 hrs on low or 5-8 on high . Will start to fall off the bone.
