Combination salad
Step 1: To make couscous and cranberries.
Combine 2/3 cup of water with 1/2Tbs butter and salt
bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Add couscous and dried cranberries cover for 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
Step 2: rewarm black beans then drain .
Step 3 : peal ( optional) zucchini cut in half . chop into small cubes
Chop Granny Smith apple into same size cubes cubes .
Step 4: Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
sprinkle slivered almonds on top
