An old recipe for crab bisque my grandmother was given by some friends
Source: Lola Burns via Rita Armstrong
Heat to boiling.
Add sherry and crabmeat, after removing from heat.
Heat when necessary.
According to my Grandmother:
This is better after it has set awhile (yes, one word). So you can make it early.
I've set it overnight in the frig (yes, frig).
Warmed up next day.
Delicious!
**** If you're wondering where the spices are, you aren't the only one. And where do you even GET Cream of Asparagus soup now??
