An excellent appetizer of a crap mixture going into mushrooms!
Preheat oven to 375 degrease. Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and celery in butter until tender. Add wine, seasonings, lemon juice, and crabmeat; simmer 3 minutes.
Add cream and shredded cheese; cook until cheese melts. Add breadcrumbs. Spoon crab mixture into mushroom caps. Top with slices of baby Swiss cheese. Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
