Delicious applesauce perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas time! Goes well with stuffing and turkey or just plain delicious by itself. My best friend's mom made this every year growing up so it holds a special place in my heart.
Boil sugar and water for 1 minute until sugar is dssolved, add apples, bring to boil then simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add cranberries and simmer until they pop. Mash to desired texture.
