Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375. Butter a 9-muffin pan. Combine bran, flour, sugar, soda, salt, cranberries, almonds & zest in mixing bowl. Stir to blend. Combine in another bowl milk, oil, molasses & egg. Stir milk mixture into dry mixture just until combined - do not overmix. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes until risen & lightly browned. Approximately 10-20 minutes.
