Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. In bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in eggs, orange juice, orange peel and shortening. Mix until well blended. Stir in craisins and nuts. Put in 7 greased mini loaf pans, fill 1/2 full. Bake at 35-40 minutes.
