Tart cranberry salad great with mashed potatoes and turkey
Grind whole orange and chop cranberries. Mix sugar and let sit st least 30 minutes.
Take 1 cup cranberry relish, 1 cup crushed pineapple, undrained, and 3 ounces cherry jello (dry) plus 1 cup hot water. Mix, then add 1/2 c cold water. Mix and refrigerate. Add chopped walnuts on top (optional).
Freezer remainder of cran-orange mix.
