Different types of cheese balls/logs

Fold in mixings. Wrap and roll in plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours
Buffalo
mix 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, 1/4 cup each minced celery and carrot, and 1 Tbl hot sauce. Roll in crushed pretzels, chill. Serve with crackers. chips or cucumber
Nacho
Mix in 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1 envelope taco seasoning, 2 Tbl minced fresh cilantro and 2 Tbl minced jalapeno. Roll log in crushed tortilla chips, chill. Serve with chips, peppers, or crackers
Reuben
Mix in 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, 1/2 cup chopped pastrami, 1/2 cup well drained sauerkraut, 2 Tbl Thousand Island dressing , roll in 1 tsp caraway seeds, chill. Serve with crackers
Feta & Olive
Mix in 1 cup feta cheese, 1/2 cup kalamata olives, 2 tsp greek seasoning and 1 tsp lemon zest, roll in crushed pita chips, chill. Serve with crackers
Smoked Salmon
Mix in 1 cup goat cheese, 3/4 cup chopped smoke salmon, 1/4 cup chopped red onion and 2 Tbl chopped capers, roll in crushed bagel chips, chill. Serve with crackers or bagel chips
Pepperoni Pizza
Mix in 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1 cup finely chopped pepperoni, 2 Tbl pizza sauce and 2 tsp Italian seasoning. Combine 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil and 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs, roll in basil mixture, chill. Serve with pita bread or crackers
