Suggest a better description1. Soak raisins in water for 15 min
2. Chop celery and onion into large chunks, setting aside leafy bits of celery
3. Heat the butter over medium heat
4. Saute the onion and celery without letting it brown. Less cooking with give more intense celery flavor
5. Add the vegetable stock and bring to boil
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 min or until celery is completely soft
7. Blend in blender to make smooth puree (in batches)
8. Combine celery leaves, toasted/chopped walnuts, raisins and celery seed with a few drops of olive oil to moisten
9. Add the cream and reheat soup
10. Serve topped with walnut/leaf mixture
