Cream Puff Shells for pastry cream, icecream or sandwich spread
Preheat the oven to 400?
Melt butter in boiling water. Add flour and salt, stiring until a ball forms. (will look/feel like mashed potatos. Let cool for a few minutes. Consistency should firm up a bit. Add the eggs one at a time, stiring in between. Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake until golden - about 30 minutes.
Filling: Instant pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups of milk, mixed with 2 cups of cool whip.
