1) Place butter in a 2 qt. ovenware bowl. Cook 1 to 1.5 minutes, or until melted.
2) Blend in flour and seasonings. Continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes, or until mixture is smooth and bubbly, stirring twice.
3) Stir in bouillon and cream. Continue cooking for 4 to 5 mins, or until mixture boils, stirring every min. Boil 1 min, stirring twice.
4) Stir in chicken/turkey and extra ingredients (if desired). Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is hot throughout.
5. Serve over hot rice or bisquick biscuits or mashed potatoes.
