I always make this by taste so measurements are approximate. I usually buy a package of boneless skinless chicken breast and use the whole thing so the weight varies. I use enough mayonnaise to make it creamy and enough pickle juice to give it a sweet, tangy flavor. My kids love it.
1. Salt and Pepper Chicken.
2. Cook chicken in NuWave Oven or other method until done. Shred or chop.
3. Mix with remaining ingredients and serve with crackers or make sandwiches.
