Suggest a better description1. In a pot, heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add garlic and stir, cooking for 2 minutes. Mix in butter until melted. Add chicken stock. Raise heat to high and bring to a boil.
2. Once boiling, add pasta and cook until tender. Reduce heat to medium and add parmesan slowly until completely melted. Turn off heat and stir in cream and parsley.
