1. Bring large pot of water to boil. Add the pasta to the pot, and cook for around 9 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan on medium heat
3. Wash and chop the mushrooms, and add them to the pan. Cook for 4 minutes.
4. Reduce the heat and add the parmesan. Mix well, and cook for 3 minutes or until it gets hot. It goes well with fresh parsley and pepper if you want
5. Top the pasta with the mushroom sauce and greek yogurt, serve, and enjoy
