This is an Air Fryer Recipe
Mix imitation crab meat, cream cheese, Japanese Mayo, shredded cheese, green onion, lemon zest, chopped shrimp and a piece of black pepper in a large bowl.
Take off the stem of the mushrooms and using a spoon, gently scoop out the inside of the mushroom until it is clean.
Stuff the mushroom with the creamy filling, around 5-6 tablespoons per mushroom depending on how big your mushroom is.
Air Fry at 380 for 12 minutes or until crispy on the outside and creamy on the side.
Optional Garnish with seaweed powder and sesame seeds and Enjoy!
