Cook bacon in frying pan until really crispy. Remove and keep warm.
Fry sausages until golden and remove and keep warm.
Cook onion until soft.
In a small bowl mix egg yolks, cream and most parmesan and most of parsley. Season.
Drain the pasta and add egg mix, onions and sausages.
Mix well, adding water if need be to coat pasta.
Scatter over remaining parsley and parmesan and top with the bacon.
