Crispy Crab Rangoon
In a small mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Add onions, crab meat and garlic; mix well. Place about 1 1/2 teaspoons in the center of each wonton. Moisten edges with water and fold opposite corners over filling and press to seal.
In an electric skillet heat 1 inch of oil to 375 degrees and fry wontons for 1 - 2 minutes or until golden brown, turning once
Drain on paper towel.
