Suggest a better descriptionPreheat broiler. Place egg whites in shallow dish. Combine paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, panko in bowl. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Dip each fillet in egg white then dredge in flour. Place on broiler pan for 4 mins on each side or until done. Combine mayo, pickle, lemon juice and dill. Serve fish with lemon wedges and sauce on side.
