Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 400 degrees. Combine crushed whole-grain flake cereal with chopped fresh parsley. Dip shelled and deveined shrimp into liquid egg whites; coat with cereal mixture. Spray baking sheet with vegetable oil. Cook shrimp on baking sheet for 7 minutes.
In a skillet, cook 6 cups chopped baby bok choy in olive oil over medium-high heat until it starts to brown, about 1 minute. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce mixed with 1 tablespoon of water; season with freshly ground black pepper. Reduce heat to medium; cook 5 minutes. Serve shrimp and bok choy over brown rice and grapes.
