3-7 hours in the slow cooker. Very easy
1. Combine onion, carrot, celery, ad garlic in cooker. Add chicken; sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a bowl, stir together tomatoes (undrained), broth, wine and Italian seasonings. Pour over all in cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high 3-3 1/2 hours. Remove ceramic bowl of cooker (or liner if using) from base and beans, stir gently and let stand covered for 10 minutes. Turn off cooker!
3. Using a slotted spoon, transfer chicken and vegetables to serving dish; reserving cooking liquid. Drizzle chicken and vegetables with enough of the reserved liquid to moisten. Sprinkle cheese over portions.
