Easy crock pot recipe for making a roast.
Place the beef roast in the bottom of the crock pot. Add water. Sprinkle soup mix over the top of the roast. Slice and add potatoes. Slice and add carrots.
Set on High for 4-5 hours, or Low for more than 8 hours.
